The Brooks Stairlift Hinged Rail eliminates any problem you may have with obstruction to a doorway at the foot of the stairs.
The Hinged Rail has two options : Manual Hinge or a Powered Hinge.

The Sit/Stand Stairlift option gives the user the choice whether to sit or stand whilst using the stairlift.
The Perch seat Stairlift is ideal for those who have trouble sitting down, or find it too difficult bending at the knee.
The Brooks Swivel Seat means there is no need for twisting to get on or off. The Brooks Swivel Seat turns and locks in either a 45 degrees or 90 degrees position, helping you get in and out of your Stairlift easily and safely.

The Brooks Stairlift has safety cut-out sensors on the carriage and footrset. This means if anything is blocking the progress of the stairlift it will come to an immediate halt. There are 5 sensors on the Stairlift : 3 on the footrest and 2 on the carriage.
All Brooks Stairlifts are fitted with the essential safety feature of a Lap Harness.
All Brooks Stairlifts have a easy-to-use dual paddle control which is operated by the lightest touch.
Using this switch is as easy as pushing it in the direction you wish to move.
This handy Wireless Remote Control allows you to 'call up' or 'send down' the Stairlift whenever you need. Perfect if there is more than 1 person using the Stairlift.
